Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging. Certain items, including customized products, clearance items, and hygiene-sensitive products, may not qualify for return.

To initiate a return, customers should contact support@jotimoa.com with their order information. Return instructions will be provided after review.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photographs so that we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Orders may generally be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
